Aventesi was founded by two Master Trainers of NLP; Steve Crabb & Tina Taylor in response to demand from clients and students. Both Steve and Tina have worked and helped train 1000's of people over the years having worked with Paul McKenna they have assisted train over 30,000 in NLP and hypnosis. Now with their years of experience and knowledge combined in Aventesi you have the opportunity to work with and learn from two of the countries top trainers, therapists and coaches. Steve and Tina are joined by Sarah Tonin who is also an experienced therapist and coach and an NLP trainer and has been part of Paul McKenna's assisting team for many years, Sarah supports all of the trainings and is the first point of contact for all students. Tina Taylor

Hello I am Tina Taylor a Master Trainer of NLP and Clinical Hypnotherapist, I have a private Practice in Surrey and also Harley Street, London W1 and regularly run certificated Training Courses in NLP as well as designing and running in house training for Companies in the City.  I use a combination of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Thought Field Therapy (TFT) and Hypnosis in my Private Practice.

I have a Diploma and Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis and am a licensed NLP Master Trainer and Practitioner, having studied with Dr Richard Bandler co-creator of NLP.  Alongside NLP and Hypnosis I have studied other therapies including Reiki, Kinesiology, Thought Field Therapy and DHE.  I regularly receive referrals from Paul McKenna and have had the privilege of being his head assistant with the responsibility of mentoring and training his highly skilled team of assistants alongside Steve Crabb.

I first became interested in NLP and Hypnosis in the 90’s whilst working in the Human Resource sector I attended a Practitioner Training Course.  The techniques learnt on that course enabled me to transform my personal and professional life enabling me to set up my very successful private consultancy and produce internationally acclaimed self help CDs.

I have studied the work of Dr Richard Bandler (co-creator of NLP), Dr Milton H Erickson (Milton is accepted as one of the founders of modern hypnotherapy), Paul McKenna, John La Valle (President of the Society of NLP), Frank Farrelly (creator or Provocative Therapy) and Michael Neill.

Since 2000 I have either assisted on or ran the assisting team for Paul McKenna’s NLP courses in the UK, which has given me a unique opportunity to meet and work with Paul McKenna (incredibly talented author, therapist and hypnotist) and Dr Richard Bandler (one of today's genius’s).

Steve Crabb

Hello I am Steve Crabb a Master Trainer of NLP, clinical Hypnotherapist and transformative life coach. I first became interested in NLP, coaching and hypnosis in 1989. My obsessive journey to learn more was accelerated when following my studying Anthony Robbins Personal Power course I totally transformed my personal and professional life. I was so amazed at the transformation achieved using NLP and hypnosis that I sold my business interests and concentrated for a number of years on learning my skills from those regarded as being the best in the world.

I am fascinated by the work of Dr Richard Bandler (co-creator of NLP) and Milton H Erickson (hypnotist) and have extensively studied the work of both men. I have learnt my skills Internationally from a wide variety of training companies and individuals including Stonebridge College, National College of Hypnosis and Psychotherapy, Institute of Canadian Hypnotherapists, Robbins Research, McKenna Breen, Paul McKenna Training, the Institute for Optimum Nutrition, Deepak Chopra, Robert Dilts, John LaValle (President of the Society of NLP), Ormond McGill, Gil Boyne, Stephen Gilligan,  Dr Roger Callaghan, Robert Holden, Bill Cummings, Steve Chandler and last but not least perhaps the best coach in the world Michael Neill. All of whom I thank for sharing their knowledge and wisdom.

My appointment as Head Assistant for what was Paul McKenna Training means I not only regularly get the opportunity to meet and work with Paul McKenna (a really nice guy who is an immensely gifted and talented therapist) and Dr Richard Bandler (an amazing man with insight and a questioning mind and an attitude I respect and aspire to) but I have the privilege to work with, train and mentor some of the UK’s most gifted coaches and therapists who also assist Paul and are part of my team.

I regularly coach and train in the USA and have not only worked with Paul McKenna and Michael Neill in Los Angeles assisting them with their exclusive Life Transformation Experience I have also been a faculty member for Michaels  Super Coach Academy in New York and in LA (2011)

I also run corporate training programmes through my company Empowering Solutions where the focus is on stress management, persuasion and influence (sales and customer service) and presenting skills. I also run a private coaching / therapy practice based in Wimbledon, London, clients include Olympic athletes, celebrities, executives and of course lots of ordinary folk!

I have made a number of TV appearances including the Paul O'Grady show and the new Paul O'Grady show, GMTV and have made numerous broadcasts on national radio. I believe in lifelong learning so I am constantly studying applying and experimenting with NLP, coaching and hypnosis.

Sarah Tonin

Hello my interest in hypnosis first began when studying for an English degree at Newcastle University. I had the opportunity to work with a hypnotist on a project about regression, and became fascinated by our experiences and the power of the unconscious mind.

Having worked as a teacher I am very aware of how responsible and influential adults are in relation to their part in shaping children’s beliefs about what they can and cannot do, Teachers and parents are the first hypnotists we meet in our lives. I am especially interested in the powers of persuasion to bring out the best in people, whether adults or children.

I have studied hypnosis and NLP with a wide variety of training colleges including Uncommon Knowledge, Stonebridge College, Institute of Canadian Hypnotherapists, McKenna Breen and Paul McKenna Training and the Institute of Optimum Nutrition. Like Steve I have assisted Paul McKenna and Dr Richard Bandler for many years now on both their hypnosis trainings and NLP courses.

I use hypnosis and NLP on a daily basis in our consultancy business and have over the years used NLP to help train Gym instructors and personal trainers to help to motivate their clients as well as use NLP in the classroom for accelerated learning and learning strategies.
